Service availability depends on the device model, condition, parts availability, and technician assessment. We may refuse any service that cannot be completed safely, legally, or successfully.
Quotes and Pricing
Online, telephone, and email quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.
The final price may change after inspection if additional damage, parts, or labour are required. We will request customer approval before completing significant additional work.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Customer Authorization
By submitting a device for repair, you authorize Hitech Wireless to inspect, open, diagnose, test, and repair the device as reasonably necessary.
You confirm that you own the device or have permission from the owner to authorize the service.
We may request identification or proof of ownership where necessary.
Customer Data
Customers are responsible for backing up all important data before submitting a device for repair.
Some repairs may require temporary access to device settings or functions for diagnosis and testing. We will only access information reasonably necessary to complete the service.
Hitech Wireless is not responsible for data loss, corruption, deletion, or software problems caused by an existing device fault, repair risk, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Replacement Parts
Repairs may use original, refurbished, compatible, or aftermarket replacement parts, depending on availability and customer approval.
Replacement parts may differ slightly from the original component in appearance, performance, brightness, battery capacity, or other characteristics.
Water Resistance
Opening a device may affect its original water-resistant or dust-resistant seals.
Hitech Wireless does not guarantee that a repaired device will retain its original water-resistance rating. Customers should keep repaired devices away from water and excessive moisture.
Repair Time
Repair completion times are estimates and may be affected by parts availability, shipping delays, additional damage, technician availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by repair delays.
Repair Warranty
Any repair warranty will be stated on the customer’s receipt or invoice.
Repair warranties generally cover only the specific part and service provided. They do not cover:
- Accidental or physical damage
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Misuse or improper handling
- New or unrelated device problems
- Software issues
- Repairs performed by another person

Payments
